Samantha has been a fitness professional for over 10 years, Sam has herself been involved in a variety of individual pursuits from Half Ironman Triathlon, to Physique Competition. Sam’s experience and training philosophy focuses on a true connection to your goals, internal motivations and looks into reprogramming your negative self beliefs which are preventing you from obtaining your physical goals.
